- OKLAHOMA SOONERS FOOTBALL MURAL
- The University of Oklahoma Football mural is a 32'-9" x 9'-6" full color wall graphic displayed in the Legends Lobby of the Barry Switzer Center at Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium on the OU campus in Norman.
- The University of Oklahoma athletic department commissioned Ted Watts to prepare the historical graphic tribute to the Sooners football traditions and accomplishments on August 2, 1997. Athletic department officials and other committee members selected the mural's personalities and iconic content, provided Watts with reference materials and approved his final concept and mural composition on May 7, 1998. He completed painting the original mural in his Oswego, KS studio on November 30, 1998.
- Custom Color Corporation of Kansas City, Missouri assembled and manufactured the final mural panels. The mural installation was completed December 30, 1998 even as construction of the facility was being finalized. The mural was first publicly viewed at an unveiling on Saturday April 24, 1999 in conjunction with the Switzer Center building dedication ceremony.
- OKLAHOMA FOOTBALL MURAL--31 DISPLAY PAINTINGS
- The artist rendered a total of 31 display paintings in preparation for the original University of Oklahoma football historical mural. The series contains every background element, OU personality and icon displayed in the final mural.

- OKLAHOMA FOOTBALL MURAL ADDITIONS (6)--2002
- In 2002, OU contracted with Watts to update the original mural to add tributes to OU's 2000 National Championship, Coach of the Year Bob Stoops and three recent national individual award winning Sooners. Three existing art elements within the existing mural were modified and updated. The updated mural was unveiled Saturday September 7, 2002 before the season opening game vs. Alabama.

- In 2005, OU contracted with Watts for a second update to the original mural adding tributes to six recently honored national award winning Sooner football players. In addition, the expansion to Memorial Stadium was added to the mural content with a new aerial view and modification of the mural background to include the east side upper deck.
- The second updated mural was unveiled Friday September 2, 2005 the weekend of OU's season opening game vs. TCU.
